- Returns and Exchanges
We are grateful for your custom and we want you and your animals to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Bruff Veterinary Centre. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 14days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging or similar. Perishable goods, such as certain food items, cannot be returned.
- Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our office by email to info@bruffveterinarycentre.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Please return the product in its original packaging or similar so it is returned safely to us . It is your responsibility until we receive the package back. Alternatively, you can drop the item(s) into the shop to us.
- Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Exchanges
Depending on the circumstances , we may offer an exchange for the same or a similar product.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and its packaging. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for the return or replacement of the item.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, and items marked as final sale. We do not accept returns for these items unless they are defective or damaged.
