I had never been to Michael (or any vet) with our dog that we got just three months ago. On Saturday evening at approx. 9:30 I noticed our dog seemingly very ill, shaking all over and clearly in pain. I googled vets in Bruff and got Michael's number and called him at 21:40 on a Saturday evening!! He answered and we went through the symptoms. He offered to see our dog and I met him at his clinic at 22:10. This level of service for a new customer is outstanding. He Diagnosed the problem, did a fix and gave him the required shots for relief and cure. I left him half an hour later. I would highly recommend Michael for this fantastic service which is so rare these days.

Mike was the only vet around who would come to the house to assist our old, very big Labrador to leave this world. Mike was calm and reassuring to our beloved pet and he wasn't taking our word for it either that our dogs days were up, he checked him over to satisfy himself. Couldn't have been more satisfied with a service, even if it was a really sad day.
